brands

Branding irons and marking animals. That’s the genesis of branding. Bike brands are among the coolest, and for that reason, we celebrate some here. Two are my personal favs because I own and ride them. It’s not hard to figure out which ones. The subnav menu pretty much spells it out. Truth in websites: I am not affiliated with either brand. I’m a paying customer, just like you (unless you’re riding on a pro team or getting “EP” deals inside the industry).

Here’s a fun one for the “brands” section. Website is a link to my all time favorite bike. It was built by Tony Pereira to resemble a pre-war cruiser but with geometry and functionality of a modern mountain bike. Long live the Roaring 29er!

Tim, thanks for the link and for stopping by BikeCrave. That is something special there. The frame geometry and the colors really set the bike apart. I will be needing to dig deeper into the Pereira brand.
