Moots

Moots – Handbuilt in the Rockies

Known for simplicity that stands the test of time, Moots bikes boast raw titanium, beautiful T.I.G. welds, and white decals bearing a  sans serif  logo. Not raced in the road pro peloton but appreciated by riders of nearly every caliber, Moots bikes tend to attract up-close looks by people wanting to see if the welds match what they’ve seen online or in catalogs. Guess what? They do. Moots uses 3/2.5 titanium tubing (industry standard), but its reputation has been built on how it connects that tubing. The company name comes from a pencil eraser founder Kent Eriksen had as a child. “Mr. Moots” is a friendly alligator who pedals the brand with a smile. How appropriate.

I love my Moots…and I rarely see one here in NYC.
