Trek
What can you say about Trek except Wow. At the end of 1998 they weren’t really a player. Then along came Lance Armstrong. Seven consecutive Tours de France titles later, Trek is a global brand and big player in the pro peloton. I’ve never ridden a Trek very far, but I have no doubt that the bikes are sweet. I’ve coveted many a Trek Madone while out on the roads of San Diego. Trek is the steed of choice for Team Radio Shack, and the Livestrong U23 (under 23 years old) team. Not bad company, given Taylor Phinney’s first-ever American Paris-Roubaix win in the U23 category. Based in Waterloo, Wisconsin, Trek in the 1990s introduced the OCLV Carbon frames. OCLV stands for “Optimum Compaction, Low Void” and refers to Trek’s proprietary process for creating carbon structures that exceed aerospace standards. Today the company provides bikes in every category and is very active in helping advance the cause of cycling in cities across America.

Hello,
Which series of the Madones’ are made in Wisconsin ? All of the 5.9′s and all of the 6′s ?
Safe to say that all of the 2011 6.0′s are made in WI ?
Any previous years (’08 – ’2010′s) 5.0 series made in Wisconsin ?
Thank you.
CK
If I’m not mistaken, Trek is pretty religious about all its high-end bikes being made in WI.
