Pista Crave-ah

by jeffbean on November 9, 2009

My first real racing bike was a Bianchi Professional in Celeste #227. The hue remains one of my all-time favorites and a forever companion to Fausto Coppi, even if most of his photos are in black-and-white. Before shutting down the computer for the night, I did a quick scan of the Web for Bianchi. Up came this beauty. A white Pista Concept with Celeste #227 for the decals. The frame is a little small for me, but I’m swooning just as if it were a 58 cm. This is the Monday night Crave. Yum. Props to Eric Rihlmann on flickr for the images and build.

  5. Smoothie As the MTB research continues, I came across this. A Moots Smoothie full-suspension model. It was introduced in 2002 but obviously stands the test of time.
